Explosion of the Arts was the name of A City of Expression's first arts festival in Jacksonville, FL USA in 1991.  It was held in the Five Points area of town on a street that was closed to the public for the event.  The following year, Explosion of the Arts II was a huge success.  But before Explosion of the Arts III took place, A City of Expression disbanded.  iD Magazine died at the same time.

Explosion of the Arts III now represents a future powerful global network of arts events.  The International Festival and Events Association (IFEA) will be called upon when the time is right.  Hopefully, they will be able to assist with the creation of something of which we call all be proud.  There will be more to come on this subject as it evolves.
